Research On The Impact Of Business Model On It Company Performance

Information technology service industry is one of the strategic emerging industries in China.Its development is not only related to the promotion of the competitiveness of the information industry,but also to speed up the adjustment of industrial structure and economic development mode transformation.With the acceleration of the globalization process,it is urgent for the IT service industry to develop from the traditional single product competition to the competition based on the network.And through the business model innovation will continue to deepen the vertical integration of information.In addition,with the enhancement of consumer demand for information,a lot of new business models emerges.Therefore,it is particularly important to examine whether the business model is the key to obtain the competitive advantage of IT service industry,which is an urgent need for the guidance of the theory and method system.Although the existing theories outline the impact of business model on performance,the impact of network embedding is not considered.And in the selection of performance indicators are different industries have differences.Empirical research based on panel data is very few.In view of the above problems,this study firstly based on the literature review that the information service technology enterprise business model has a positive impact on Enterprise Performance.Then,according to the literature,the network is embedded as an adjustment variable,and the relationship between the business model and performance is positive.Based on the data of Listed Companies in information technology services industry,the performance index of factor analysis is used as the dependent variable.As the independent variables,the quantitative indicators of the business model elements are used as the independent variables,and the network is embedded into the quantitative indicators as the moderating variables.Finally,according to the empirical results,we put forward suggestions to optimizing the enterprise's business models.
