Research On The Impact Mechanism Of Network Embedding On Growth Performance Of International Start-Ups

Driven by new technologies,new formats and new industries,China ’s entrepreneurial activities have gradually formed an open pattern from domestic market to global market.The trend of international entrepreneurship is becoming increasingly obvious,and the vitality of innovation and entrepreneurship is being unleashed.However,compared with developed countries,the degree of internationalization of Entrepreneurial activities in China is low,and the quantity and quality of Chinese enterprises’ international entrepreneurship still need to be improved.How to use the channel convenience of network embedding to obtain external resources,cultivate dynamic capabilities,improve the efficiency of innovation investment,and then improve the performance of international entrepreneurship growth has become a hot topic.Most of the existing literature focuses on the analysis of network embedding path,dimension and personalized characteristics,and the pre variables,mode selection,decision mechanism and decision effect of international entrepreneurial behavior from the perspective of network embedding are not perfect.At the same time,there is a clear understanding of the importance of network embedding in improving the growth performance of international entrepreneurial enterprises,but it fails to carry out an indepth analysis based on dynamic capability cultivation and innovation investment enhancement.In view of this,based on the network embeddedness theory,resourcebased theory and dynamic capability theory,this study uses social network analysis method to measure and visualize the characteristics and evolution of knowledge network embeddedness and social network embeddedness of international entrepreneurial enterprises.The random effect regression analysis method of unbalanced panel is used to verify the mediating effect of innovation investment in the relationship between network embeddedness and growth performance of international entrepreneurial enterprises and the moderating effect of dynamic capability in this mechanism.The main conclusions of this study are as follows: from the dimensions of relational embeddedness and structural embeddedness,knowledge network embeddedness has a positive effect on the growth performance of international entrepreneurial enterprises,and social network embeddedness has a negative weakening effect on the growth performance of international entrepreneurial enterprises.Innovation input plays an indigenous mediating role in the relationship between knowledge network embeddedness and the growth performance of international start-ups,and has an indigenous mediating effect in the relationship between social network embeddedness and the growth performance of international start-ups;whether relational embeddedness or structural embeddedness,dynamic capability has a significant positive moderating effect on the relationship between knowledge network embeddedness and innovation input of international entrepreneurial enterprises,and its moderating effect is significant in the structural embeddedness dimension of social network.From the perspective of dynamic capabilities and innovation input,this study innovatively discusses the logical relationship between network embeddedness and the growth performance of international start-ups around knowledge network embeddedness and social network embeddedness,enriches the relevant theories of network embeddedness and international entrepreneurship,and verifies the universality of the “resource-capacity-performance” and the “input-output” path of innovation.Based on this,this study puts forward optimization suggestions on multi-level network construction,dynamic capability cultivation,innovation decision-making and international entrepreneurial policy support from the perspective of enterprises and government entities,which has certain reference value for the innovation management of international entrepreneurial enterprises and the acceleration of internationalization.
