Research On The Cultivated Land Intensive Utilization Of Agricultural Cooperatives Of Suihua City

As the supporting intensity of national and local government developing agricultural machinery cooperatives is increasing continuously,agricultural machinery cooperatives that as the carrier is to improve intensive use of cultivated land is with the more favorable condition.Recently,Suihua City,as a typical agricultural area in the agricultural province,agricultural machinery cooperatives have developed rapidly;the scale of contracted cultivated land is expanding gradually;the use pattern of cultivated land is with representative.Meanwhile,under such a good situation,the degree that agricultural machinery cooperatives make use of cultivated land need to be mastered objectively,and the restricted factors into it also need to be found,which can improve intensive use of cultivated land managed by agricultural machinery cooperatives to form the basis.This dissertation can be divided into the following several aspects.At first,in order to form the theoretical basis,this study is to summarize the relevant theory about intensive use of cultivated land of agricultural machinery cooperatives;regard the theory of agricultural machinery cooperatives,the theory of intensive use of cultivated land,the theory of intensive use of cultivated land of agricultural machinery cooperatives and other theories as the key points.Secondly,this study includes literature collection and field investigation about the intensive use of cultivated land of agricultural machinery cooperatives in each district and county of Suihua City,which plays a key role for elementary studying intensive use of cultivated land of agricultural machinery cooperatives in Suhua City.Thirdly,this study refers to the standard and system of intensive use of cultivated land evaluated by former researchers,and combines the actual situation of intensive use of cultivated land of agricultural machinery cooperatives in Suihua City to confirm the evaluation standard,build the evaluation system and make use of entropy method to get the index weight.Fourthly,to use comprehensive assessment model evaluates intensive use of cultivated land of agricultural machinery cooperatives in Suihua City.According to the analysis of comprehensive assessment values,this study finds out the existed restricted factors about intensive use of cultivated land of agricultural machinery cooperatives in Suihua City.Besides,because of this,the corresponding approaches and advice will be given.Through analysis,the conclusions are as below.At first,agricultural machinery cooperatives of Suihua City promotes the rapid development of circulation quantity of cultivated land,expands the managing scale of cultivated land,strengthens agricultural infrastructure construction,and optimizes resource distribution ofcultivated land,which plays the the positive effect for improving the degree of intensive use of cultivated land.Secondly,the degree of intensive use of cultivated land covered by the service of agricultural machinery cooperatives in Suihua City is obviously better than individual farmers’ and the average degree of Suihua City.Thirdly,during 2006 to 2015,the condition of intensive use of cultivated land of the agricultural machinery cooperatives in Suihua City consists of three stages.The first stage,2006 to2009,is the early stage of steady rise while the period of 2010 to 2012 can be regarded as rise stage of middle shock.After that,late growth stage is from 2013 to 2015.Fourthly,the higher degree of intensive use of cultivated land of the agricultural machinery cooperatives from Suiling County,Anda County,Qingan County,Lanxi County,Mingshui County can be as the first grade.Then,the second level of intensive use of cultivated land of the agricultural machinery cooperatives is normal,e.g.,Beilin County,Zhaodong County,Wangkui County and Qinggang County.Only the degree of Hailun is lower,becoming the third grade.Fifthly,the restricted factors of intensive use of cultivated land of the agricultural machinery cooperatives of Suihua City are as below.The level differences of intensive use of cultivated land among different agricultural machinery cooperatives are big;the policy and supporting force need to be strengthened;the restriction of managing factors from agricultural machinery cooperatives;the restriction from labor force;continuing status of cultivated land is lower.Sixth,according to relevant suggestions proposed by restricted factors: plan rational layout,balance regional intensive use of cultivated land,strengthen policy support,monitor and guide the utilization of cultivated land,perfect management mechanism,improve the using degree of cultivated land,absorb rural labor force,improve the level of farmers’ quality,insist scientific development,improve sustained state of cultivated land.
