Investigation On The Operation Status Of Leisure Agriculture Park Of Fulaiqing Tea Garden In Ju Country

In recent years,with the continuous advancement of China's urbanization process,the national economic level has been continuously improved,and the pursuit of quality of life by urban residents has been continuously improved,and the requirements for the diversity of leisure and recreation space have become higher and higher.As a kind of ecological park integrating agricultural activities,natural scenery,technology demonstration,leisure and entertainment,and environmental protection,the eco-agricultural park has gradually emerged and gained rapid development.This paper takes the Fulai Qingchayuan,Shandong Province,as the main object of the analysis.In order to promote the development of the resort with standardized,scientific and sustainable trend,it adopts research methods such as field investigation method,questionnaire survey method and literature research method.Taking the planning situation,management philosophy,management mode and management benefit of fulaiqing tea garden as the main content,this paper discusses the five major areas of the garden as well as the management mode integrating leisure,business,entertainment and education.The survey and questionnaire data include the land area,geographical advantages,development route and brand effect of the tea garden,etc.Based on the survey of the current development status of fulaiqing tea garden,relevant Suggestions are put forward.Through this research,it is found that Fulaiqing tea garden is an ecological park with the “tea culture” industry as its main lifeline.The development of "tea culture" related projects is relatively unique.Each functional area runs through the whole park with "tea culture" as the background,which enhances the overall experience of tea characteristics and promotes the economic development of the park to a certain extent.Among them,the green coverage rate inside the ecological tea garden is as high as 96%,which is one of the main characteristics of the green tea garden in Fulai.However,there are also problems in the development of tea gardens,such as The plants in the park are deficient in beauty and richness,and inconvenient transportation.Therefore,it is recommended to enhance the landscape of the park,innovate project activities and enhance the promotion of tea gardens,so as to provide a solid foundation for future good development.
