Studies On PNMS Purchasing & Storage Management Issues And Countermeasure

Supply chain management will strengthen the links between the various channels of the supply chain,promote the further integration of logistics,commodity flow,infor mation flow,capital flow etc.,to reduce supply chain costs and enhance service levels,and ultimately enable the enterprise in a dominant position in the market competition through mutual collaboration across the supply chain node enterprises.But the impro vement and optimization of the supply chain,companies not only need to strengthen c oordination and communication of each node,but also pay attention to optimize the in ternal supply chain.To strengthen internal supply chain management,enterprises shoul d pay attention to the information system construction,supply chain process optimizati on and continuity.This paper takes PNMS company internal supply chain process system optimizatio n and evaluation as the research object,aiming at the problem of internal supply chai n process system optimization,upgrade?As supply chain management,business proce ss reengineering theory and method based on,uses the method of literature study,nor mative theory analysis,empirical research and analysis method and case study method and other methods,studied the process problems of company?First,Present situation and existing problems of the supply chain process of PNM S company?This part mainly through analysis of PNMS company's current situation w hich its supply chain management to finding out the existing problems,and puts forwa rd some suggestions,and then clear the improvement direction of the next step?Second,The supply chain management process reengineering and economic evalua tion,the theory and method is applied to PNMS company supply chain process optimi zation research?This part based on the analysis of the principle and system design pr ocess optimization,using the theory of business process reengineering and method of PNMS supply chain process optimization design and implementation,given the procure ment process optimization,process optimization schemes such as optimizing warehouse developing of PNMS company?Last,The PNMS supply chain process optimization scheme for the economic evaluation of the effect?Mainly from the implementation of strategies and implementation and related evaluation steps,evaluation system for PNMS company on the supply chain process optimization scheme for the specific evaluation?Through the study of the process optimization of supply chain of PNMS company,it has certain pertinence and conclusions?This study can hope for PNMS company and the similar enterprise in supply chain process optimization are useful reference.
