Research On The Agricultural Science And Technology Information Service Based On The Farmers In Acceptance Behavior

Science is the first productive force, and the development of science technology is decisive force of the modernization of agriculture. Meanwhile, the timely application and transformation of agriculture are closely related to scientific and technical information service of agriculture. Also, scientific and technical information service of agriculture are the main contents of agricultural information construction. They are important strategic measures which contribute to the ultimate goal of the modernization of China as well. The peasants, the adopters of scientific and technical information, are those who get to know and use scientific and technical information. Thus, the aim of promoting agricultural industrial transformation and upgrade is achieved. Furthermore, learning and grasping agricultural technology and knowledge for peasants can improve their scientific literacy and raise their income. As a result, the research of adoption in the process of scientific and technical information service of agriculture is vital to promote the transformation and application of national agricultural scientific technologies and achievements. Moreover, it is able to raise the level of scientific and technical information service of agriculture. At last, it helps peasants improve their scientific literacy and agriculture, rural areas and farmers a lot.By using several research methods in this paper, such as reference and questionnaire, the first chapter is going to analyze the elements that influence the process of adoption and its behaviors of peasants home and abroad to find out the facts of adoption process. And the second chapter will describe the theories related and used in this paper. Then the third chapter is to take an example of Qijiang District, Chongqing Municipality, to show the present scientific and technical information service of agriculture condition, analyzing the adoption level and effect of peasants in the process. Moreover, the fourth chapter is about to analyze elements that influence the process of adoption, including subjects, channels and contents. In addition, the fifth chapter will analyze the obstacles of the adoption process. They are as follows: firstly, peasants cannot select and use agricultural scientific and technical information well because of their low scientific literacy, weak awareness of information and risk. Secondly, there are problems in the service system of agricultural scientific and technical information, such as, weak leading function of government, the lack of efficient suitable information on its platform or messy information, of its services infrastructure, low rate of Internet penetration, narrow channels in the system, etc. Thirdly, the lack of capital and credit keep this system from promoting new achievements and technologies in the system. Finally, At last, there will be the measures to solve the problems in the adoption process, the shortcomings of the theory after the measures are taken as well in the sixth chapter. This paper takes an example of Qijiang District, Chongqing Municipality, while it is related to the reality of China, to analyze the peasants'adoption behaviors imaging the Big from the Small. Then it points out the problems, coming up with some measures, such as, paying more attention to training of peasants, implementing the model of agricultural technology information and more support for agricultural technology finance.
