Research On Agricultural Science And Technology Achievements Information Service Model For The Farmers

Agricultural science and technology achievements information dissemination and service is an important component of agricultural science and technology innovation systems. Gradually establishing, perfecting and innovating information service models, which suit China's national conditions and farmer-oriented information needs and timely transmitting agricultural science and technology achievements information to farmers can vigorously improve the efficiency of agricultural production and effectively increase the income of farmers.This paper is based on relevant basic subject knowledge and applies bibliographic analysis, comparative analysis and case analysis method. It has firstly reviewed and commented the demand and service status of domestic and foreign agriculture science and technology achievements information comprehensively; secondly explained the meaning and features of agriculture science and technology achievements information, analyzed the cause of farmers' information needs, divided demand types according to different classification principles and summarized the characteristics of information needs, analyzed the channels of farmers getting agricultural science and technology achievements from the media, organizations and human-to-human transmission perspective and the factors of impacting agricultural science and technology achievements information demand from the economics, science and technology, society, farmer and information perspective; thirdly defined the meaning and constituents of agricultural science and technology achievements information service models and divided into "government + farmers", "government + association + farmers", "government + communication enterprise + farmers", "government + enterprise + association + farmers" and "agricultural leading enterprises + farmer" types based on organization model perspective, listed typical models and analyzed the features and conducted comparison research, put forward the principles for mode selection and problems that merit attention.On the basis of a comprehensive analysis of agricultural science and technology achievements information demand and service models, this paper has conducted case studies on the "Beijing pattern", distance education and science and technology information service models in the rural areas and analyzed the building background, concrete construction, achievements, existing problems and prospects for application. Finally it has put forward strategies and recommendations for agricultural science and technology achievements information service modes innovation.
