As the development of technology information service , many science information service websites have been built to serve more people . But when using those websites, many problems come out. Have those websites met users' need? How to evaluate the influence of the websites? Which factors can influence the use of the website and how deep they influence? The study explores these problems from the perspective of users.Based on the methods of influence, combined with the characteristic of science information service websites , the study proposes that evaluating the influence through the reliability, the approval and the loyalty of the user. Simultaneously based on the review and research of the main models in national and foreign language literatures, this study proposes a conecept model which based on a number of famous technology acceptance model. Addtionaly , website's status is the external factor, includes information quality, system responsiveness, service procurability and interactive nature; Sensation characteristic, reliability, approval, loyalty and influence is the endogenous variables, Sensation characteristic includes Perceived usefulness, Perceived ease of use and Perceived risk. Finally uses SmartPLS tool to validate the relationships among the structural variables in the concept model.The results show that: Loyalty has the biggest direct effect to the influence, the direct effect of the approval and reliability is also confirmed; perceived usefulness and the approval has positive influence to loyalty, perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use has positive influence to the approval, perceived risk has positive influence to the reliability, perceived ease of use and perceived risk has positive influence to perceived usefulness; Among the structure variable of the website characteristic, except interactive is not confirmed, other three variables separately have the immediate influence to the sensation characteristic.Based on the influence model, the study evaluates three typical national defence science information websites influence , through the score of website's status, the biggest contribution to the influence is China defence science information website. Then give suggestions to three websites from their inadequacies.
