After ten years of rapid growth, as well as the introduction of a series of regulatory policy from the government, the real estate industry in China steps into a tough situation where the state's macro regulation and bank is in a time of austerity. Real estate companies must take meticulous management, enhancing internal strength, improving the management level, as well as strengthening management foundation. With growing competition, rapidly shrinking in profit appears in the real estate industry, how to reduce the product cost, how to improve brand awareness, how to improve the ability of innovation, how to improve the performance management, so as to improve the ability to create economic value and to make a survive in the real estate industry, which are problems facing every real estate company.As for a Real estate company, establishing a set of integrated and effective performance management system based on development strategy, is not only beneficial to the company's standardized management, but also helps the company understand its operation status and adjust its development strategy. Summarizing the current situation and existing problems of performance management, and make an improvement, make a great difference in the improvement of the company's management level, so as to ensure the long-term healthy and stable development of the company.This paper takes x real estate company as an example to analyze, that is, with the use of balanced score card theory, to give a detailed study on the present situation and the existing problems of X company's performance management, trying to build a performance management system with clear direction based on the Balanced Score Card,which is proceed from strategic planning to performance appraisal, combining the key indicator method and allows the company strategic planning landing, then we make an evaluation research on this performance management system.Through the establishment of performance evaluation index system of X company and the use of the Balanced Scorecard, this paper make an evaluation research on the performance management system of X Real Estate Company, after the balanced scorecard system, integration of new strategic planning process, the establishment of the performance evaluation index system, we find that the performance management system constructed in this paper not only establish an closely link between the strategic goals of the company and the performance management of daily work of the company's various departments and their staff, but also ensure that the staff can have a clear idea of the relationship between their work and the realization of the strategic objectives, achieving certain incentive effect, as well as providing some objective basis for the improvement of the internal operation process and the development of the performance appraisal and incentive system.
