Poverty has always been a problem in the world, even the western developed countries are facing poverty population. Our country is an agricultural country, the agricultural population accounts for the national population proportion is higher. Eliminate rural poverty problem has always been highly concerned issues, the party and the government in order to speed up the development of poor areas, to ensure the poor of the basic needs of life, from the mid-1980-s, our government has adopted a series of major measures for poverty alleviation, strive to reduce and eventually eliminate poverty in our country. Through the national a series of efforts to China's poverty alleviation work achieved remarkable achievement, but in some areas of poverty still effect was not significant. Some bolstering regional geographical isolation, traffic block, often lack the resources, the deterioration of ecological environment, cultural education, economic development is slow, the low quality of the peasants, the difficulty growing poverty. Especially the ability of poor farmers themselves poor customer service can not be effectively promoted, lacking the ability to cope with the social development in the new period is the important factor affecting the farmers out of poverty to get rich.Article mainly middle peasants poverty problem to study, to explore the subjective reasons in the farmers'poverty, as far as possible in the research reveals that farmers'ability to the root cause of poverty. The article studies the main ability development of China's rural poverty and poverty causes were analyzed, and to find out why. Then the dry middle school "positive impact on the farmers'ability to eliminate poverty, farmers" of dry middle school "connotation, main performance and so on are analyzed in this paper.
