Research On Financial Support For The Development Of E-commerce Ecosystem

In the process of great achievements and breakthroughs which China's rural e-commerce has made,financial services plays an important role;at the same time,as the rural e-commerce environment becomes more complex,the challenges are more severe,the idea of e-commerce ecosystem development is praised highly by all parties.Especially under such a background which the major Internet companies have stepped up the layout of rural e-commerce development strategy and rural e-commerce ecosystem slowly forms and begins to expand outward,this paper focuses on the issue of rural e-commerce ecosystem and its financial support.Firstly,based on rural e-commerce related research to sort out and review and microscopic view of e-commerce participants,this paper explains definition and the basic framework of analysis on rural e-commerce ecosystem,which the rural e-commerce ecosystem is composed of Core layer and Support layer and then will also discuss financial support for these two layers.Secondly,through describing the actual situation of financial support for rural e-commerce ecosystem construction for the use of the method of statistical description and making a brief analysis of existing problems,comes to the development of rural e-commerce ecosystem is still in the initial stage,lacking of financial support.Thirdly,with gray relational theory briefly demonstrates the overall impact factor of current rural e-commerce ecosystem development;with VAR econometric model demonstrates the financial support for the construction of rural e-commerce ecosystem development and logistics problems;meanwhile,the financial support for the platform and information management of rural e-commerce ecosystem are revealed by case analysis.So,empirical results from different aspects demonstrate that finance support the development of rural e-commerce ecosystem.Finally,based on theoretical and empirical analysis put forward the following conclusions:the development of rural e-commerce ecosystem in China is still in the transition from the initial formation to large-scale expansion stage,which is mighty immature;Financial support is an important factor affecting the development of rural e-commerce,in which the financial scale has take more advantages than financial efficiency,which financial efficiency will get a more obvious utility in the development of rural e-commerce when the financial support reaches a certain size;From the point of viewof contribution rate that finance supports the development of the logistics system,the financial scale is obviously in a dominant position;There are many problems of platform construction and information management in the development of rural e-commerce ecosystem,in which platform is mainly dependent on a third party platform and financial support of platform construction are seriously inadequate that exists the situation of asymmetric scale especially at the beginning of the development of rural e-commerce ecosystem;Government policy and financial tendency have certain guidelines in the development of platform and information management in rural e-commerce ecosystem and will lead to the formation and development of rural e-commerce ecosystem.
