The Research On The Financial Support On Development Of New Agriculture Operation Subject

Along with the acceleration of the process of agricultural modernization in china,With the characteristics of large-scale,industrial,organizational,social and other characteristics of the new agricultural business entities began to emerge,gradually changed the traditional agricultural management concepts,has been widely concerned at all levels.And the healthy development of the new agricultural business entities can not be separated from the effective support of finance.In the current situation,the new agricultural business entities are facing difficulties in financing,risk transfer,and many other issues.Financial support is an important support for the development of agriculture,but also a family farm,larger-scale growers and other new agricultural business entities to expand production of the basic conditions.As is known to all,if there is no perfect capital raising measures,effective incentive system,diversified,market-oriented financial input mechanism will restrict the construction of the new agricultural enterprises and the development of the operating system.Therefore,the new agricultural business entities to financial support for research and to improve the development environment,promote agricultural modernization of rapid and steady development,rich our country finance and agricultural areas of theoretical research has important significance.In this paper,the financial support of the new agricultural business entities is studied from the following several parts.The second chapter is the theoretical basis of the article,mainly introduced the rural financial supply and demand theory,the compensation theory of agricultural credit,rural financial market theory and the rural financial imperfect competition theory,for the present situation of the analysis and the countermeasure analysis provides a theoretical reference.The third chapter analyzes the current situation of financial support for the development of new agricultural business entities.First introduced the characteristics of the new agricultural business entities,including connotation,main types and characteristics of;followed by an analysis of the financial needs of the development of new agricultural management main body;the third describes the existing new agricultural enterprises in the development of the financial support;at last,analyzed the problems existing in the development of new business entities of agricultural financial support.The fourth part is the empirical analysis part,this paper take large-scale growers as an example,through a field survey of the empirical analysis of financial support on the impact of the cultivation of new agricultural business entities,to follow the trend of the current China's rural economic development,from the microscopic to seek financial support,policy recommendations for the development of the main new type agricultural operations.The fifth chapter is the countermeasure suggestion part,through the theory,current situation analysis and empirical discussion,from the strengthening of new agricultural enterprises self construction,broaden the financing channels for the new agricultural enterprises,accelerate the new agricultural enterprises credit system construction,improve new agriculture the main body credit arrived pledge guarantee mechanism,improve the service environment financial institutions of new agricultural business entities and,put forward countermeasures and suggestions for the development of new business entities of agricultural financial support.
