Research On Financial Support In Jiangsu's New Urbanization Construction

The 19th National Congress of CPC report proposed the strategy of rural revitalization.The issue of agriculture,countryside and farmers is the fundamental issue related to the national economy and people's livelihood,which requires to promote urban and rural construction as a whole,especially in rural areas,which is of great significance to the new urbanization in China.The focus of the new urbanization construction is rural area.The ecological effect should be taken into consideration at the same time during the process.It is necessary to improve the income of farmers and attempet to establish the financial mechanism to Ssupport the linkage between urban and rural areas.First,the dissertation expounds the connotation of the new urbanization and the theory related to the new urbanization,which contains the theory of population migration,the theory of industrial structure transformation,the theory of growth pole,the two element structure theory,and financial support mechanisms in these aspects of population urbanization,economic urbanization,spacel urbanization,and the analysis of the urban and rural overall planning.Secondly,the present situation and existing problems of the new urbanization of Jiangsu Province financial support are discussed from the new urbanization,financial development,infrastructure construction and industrial urbanization,and the descriptive statistics method is used to analyze the problems existing in the urbanization construction,and the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.Then,the empirical research on the financial development and urbanization is carried out,the index system of new urbanization and financial development has been established,standardized data have been processed,and statistical description and correlation analysis of variables have been carried out.Through the establishment of vector auto-regressive model,stability test,impulse response analysis,cointegration test and grainger causality test,the result is that a positive correlation exsiting between the urbanization rate and the financial scale,financial structure and financial efficiency.The financial scale,financial structure and financial efficiency can promote the urbanization rate,the improvement of the financial efficiency is the most significant and financial scale and urbanization rate are double direction grainger causality.Finally,according to the results of the model,we should broaden the financing channels,strengthen the support for the construction of the new country,strengthen the support for the development of infrastructure and industrialization,strengthen the credit support to the small and medium enterprises,and strengthen the financial support to the environmental protection.Financial development can promote the construction of new urbanization,and the new urbanization construction can also promote financial development.The expansion of the financial scale,the improvement of the structure and the enhancement of the efficiency can effectively promote the construction of urbanization.The new urbanization is one of the effective ways to promote the economic transformation and upgrading.The resource endowment of Jiangsu is superior to that of other provinces.It should keep the leading advantage,scientific layout,realize the common improvement of the efficiency of capital use and the quality of construction.At the same time,we should protect the ecological system and develop the green finance.
