Study On Disposing Non-performing Assets Of Banking Industry In Wenzhou Under The Private Financial Turmoil

Private finance in Wenzhou is extremely active and is enhanced by bank finance.As a result,social economic entity can get large amount of money in short time and invest in high-risk and high-profit fields such as real estate market,stocks and options with the help of financing lever,and finally cause risks.Start from 2011,credit risks in Wenzhou were intensively exposed,economic entity are overwhelmed,business owners lose contact with foot,social credit system crashed and bad loans lose greatly to eat up profit.The banking industry in Wenzhou is facing great pressure of assets quality recovery and financial ecological stability.Consequently,it has realistic significance to study how to fasten non-performing assets management and effective methods to reduce non-performing assets loss through real bank cases.The paper introduces non-performing assets definition and risk classification and demonstrates how private financial risks in Wenzhou affect banking industry in Wenzhou and cause large amount of non-performing assets.In different stages and periods,banking industry differ in non-performing assets management choices and comprehensive use of self-collection,verification,debt restructuring,litigation auction,batch transfer.This paper starts from status of Bank A in Wenzhou,combines typical cases to analyze non-performing assets management model and operation flow,summarize experience to maximize benefit in non-performing assets management.At the same time,aiming at the difficulties and outstanding problems in assets management process of Bank A in Wenzhou,this papers proposed relevant suggestions in risk resolution,innovative disposal,process management,team construction and performance evaluation and wish to provide realistic reference meanings in non-performing assets management of banking industry.
