In society,the pace of economic globalization is getting faster and faster,the market environment is changing,the speed of technology update is accelerating,the competition,the pressure and the challenge are everywhere.Under this situation,enterprises,in order to be survival and achieve sustainable development,shift from focusing on the traditional economic capital gradually to human capital,social capital,psychological capital trend have been unstoppable.At present,psychological capital is still a hot topic,paying attention to positive and healthy psychological state of employees of enterprises is particularly important.This paper mainly discusses the influence of employee psychological capital on job performance.By constructing a theoretical model,conducting a questionnaire survey,collecting data,and carrying on the empirical analysis to test the research model,The following questions have been considered: whether the psychological capital has significant impact on job performance(including in-role performance and organizational citizenship behavior);whether two-factor theory of motivation could moderate psychological capital on in-role performance,whether two-factor theory of motivation moderate psychological capital on organizational citizenship behavior.This paper uses the convenience sampling method,and the object of investigation is CJ company ordinary employees and middle managers,Release a total of 100 questionnaires,the response is 96 and 80 questionnaires were available,and efficiency as high as 83.3%.At the same time,this paper use SPSS17.0 statistical software for empirical analysis,mainly including reliability analysis,descriptive analysis,correlation analysis,and regression analysis,in order to test the research hypotheses.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)Psychological capital has a significant positive impact on job performance,including psychological capital has a significant positive impact on in-role performance,psychological capital has significant positive impact on organizational citizenship behavior;(2)The incentive factors in two-factor theory of motivation have moderating effect on the relationship between psychological capital and in-role performance,organizational citizenship behavior,and the health factors only have moderating effect on the relationship between psychological capital and organizational citizenship behavior.In the field of management,scholars think that in order to obtain competitive advantage,and high performance of organizational goals,employees psychological capital is one of the most important factors.In this paper,health and positive psychological can improve job performance,enhance organizational competitiveness,gain competitive advantage and achieve the ultimate goal of enterprises by in-depth study.Meanwhile,in terms of theoretical significance,this study provides certain theory basis for the relevant research for human resource management theory;In practice value,this study provides constructive and operable suggestions for the enterprise human resources management,it can improve the level of human resources management.
