For a long time. China’s economic development depends on a lot of material resources, capital, technology, but human resources have not been fully exploited. China is seeking to develop conservation-based economy, and China’s labor structure have been changing as the pace of college enrellment gradually, more and more university graduates go to work. They will gradually replace the traditional labor force, part of whom even has become a business manager, shouldering the heavy responsibility of corporate strategy implementation. It’s safe to say, undergraduate staff will become an important part of running power. Corporate managers must change the traditional management perspectives. Their spontaneous behavior, which is good for the corporate, is closely linked with the business performance. In this paper, psychological capital antecedents, and the introduction of work embedded in the intervening variable analysis between psychological capital and organizational citizenship behavior and the working mechanism of action of embedding intermediary relationship between the two, in favor of the psychological theory of capital and OCB Also, it is good for increasing employee psychological capital, promoting organizational citizenship behavior of employees and improving the overall performance of the enterprise.The main work:the premise of the relevant literature to sort out proposed research model and research hypothesis of this paper; learn mature scale development questionnaire, and communicate with bachelor degree employees, and screen the formation of the findings; using SPSS21.0 to remain valid questionnaires reliability test, validity test, descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis. From a multidimensional perspective of psychological capital, embedded in the work, organizational citizenship behavior relationship between test hypothesis, this paper come to the conclusions.This paper draws the main conclusions:(1) psychological capital, embedded in the work, organizational citizenship behavior between any two of the three variables all dimensions showed a significant positive correlation; (2) psychological capital and organizational citizenship behavior have a significant positive effect; (3) work to embed a significant positive impact on organizational citizenship behavior; (4) psychological capital has a significant positive impact on the work of embedding; (5) embedded in the work organization and organizational links dimensions matching dimensions in psychology capital affecting OCB partial mediator role.On the basis of the above research conclusion,this paper presents countermeasures and suggestions for bachelor degree employees to improve psychological capital and organizational citizenship behavior:(1) encourage them to improve the level of hope for their job; (2) encourage them to develop the tough quality; (3) improve their self-efficiency and exploit their self-confidence; (4) cultivate their optimistic quality.
