The market needs new forms of relationship between companies and employees from an emphasis on unilateral organizational loyalty has become a two-way mutual support, organizational support is the attention and commitment which organization to staff.This paper attempts to explore the variable of psychological capital and organizational citizenship behavior for the 80 s and 90 s employee,taking organizational support as adjustment variable, this paper discusses mechanism deeply, furtherly expand the scope of research in related fields, provide a effective and scientific theory mentoring to excavate the enterprises management practice and individual psychological capital; make management recommendations from the organizational and employee perspective, improve organizational support and Organizational citizenship behavior, enhance employee psychological capital level.To start from the organizational support,psychological capital, organizational citizenship behavior research literature at home and abroad, proposed theoretical model based on this hypothesis.Take the 80 s and 90 s employee as object of investigation and use the statistical analysis software to research 359 samples on the relationship between the variables discussed through questionnaires.The results show that: the psychological capital and each dimension include self-confidence, hope, toughness and optimism has a positive influence on organizational citizenship behavior for the new generation employees,the higher toughness, optimism and level of psychological capital, Organizational citizenship behavior tends to make greater; we find organizational support as the moderator play a positive regulatory role in sense of psychological capital and Organizational citizenship behavior, that with the strengthening of organizational support, employees have more toughness, more confident, more optimistic and the more promising, the higher the level of psychological capital, there will be a tendency more organizational citizenship behavior, otherwise will be weakened psychological capital and Organizational citizenship behavior dimensions positive impact on the role. |
