In recent years,the fast development of medical equipment industry in China,the average annual growth of around 25%,ahead of the industry average growth rate of the same period.New medical reform policy and the implementation of the policy to expand domestic demand in recent years,especially the governments at all levels are increasing in the construction of grass-roots health system input,medical materials,biomedical engineering products research and development and industrialization,has been included in the key to the development of strategic emerging industry in China,China's medical equipment industry market prospects are very bright.At the same time,big data,Internet,mobile Internet,cloud computing,the new technology such as3 d printing,with the rapid development of information technology to optimize the health business processes,improve the efficiency of the service,which will lead to health service mode and management mode have a huge change.Shenzhen Tian Lin industrial company is an allergen detection therapeutic apparatus for the main business of the medical device companies,in the process of long-term development,the company there are some deficiency in strategic decisions,especially in the current new circumstances,Tian Lin company urgently need a reasonable strategy to guide the development of the company's future,therefore,based on the theory of strategic management and medical equipment industry development trend,in the important research results about the field at home and abroad were reviewed on the basis of literature review,first of all day Lin industrial company internal and external environmental analysis,from the basic situation is introduced,the structure of the external macro environment and industry competition pattern,the internal human financial resources and marketing ability analysis,and so on were discussed;Secondly,using the SWOT method to study its internal strengths and weaknesses,external opportunities and threats,SWOT analysis results of the company.,combined with the work and the company's vision and mission,to build the company's development strategy,and further the implementation of the company development strategy planning,including the implementation methods,steps of implementation and effect forecast;Finally,from the organizational structure,human resources,operations and brand construction and so on company development strategic implementation safeguard measures are put forward,and the strategyimplementation may encounter in the process of risk identification,focused to formulate the corresponding prevention countermeasures.This paper stands on the basis of the theory of development strategy of on-the-spot investigation and research was carried out on the Tianlin company,integrating theory with practice,and finally come to the conclusion that is beneficial to the company achieve long-term development goals,to be able to in the medical device industry in the formulation and implementation of all kinds of small and medium-sized enterprise development strategy to provide reference.
