Since the 20th century,the world economy has entered a knowledge economy era of large development and great competition.The competition among enterprises has evolved of the talent competition in real terms gradually.As for any business,if they want to create and maintain a competitive advantage fundamentally,they must continue to improve and upgrade their human resources management.As an important part of human resource management,performance management is a key ring to enhance the level of human resource management.As for companies,how to use scientific and reasonable performance management to improve organizational performance and thus enhance their core competitiveness,in order to occupy the dominant position in the challenges and opportunities of the market competition,has increasingly become a key issue,and get more and more managers' attention.On the basis of introducing relevant theories of performance management,firstly we introduce the status performance management in Yi Fen Xiang and dig the main problems that exist in corporate performance management.Secondly,aiming at the problems in corporate performance management,we raised a new performance management improvement program,according to employees of different levels and to establish a standardized and differentiated performance evaluation system.Finally,we point from the implementation of performance management,system construction and system operation should pay attention to the issues of departure,put forward some concrete safeguards and recommendations of the effective implementation of the system.Based on the reasonable improvement and perfection of the Yi Fen Xiang employee performance management system linked the behavior of employees with the strategic objectives and long-term development of the organization.Performance management system has become the driving force of the development Yi Fen Xiang.
