With the development of economy and the improvement of people's living standard,tourist consumers are becoming more and more rational.At present,it is difficult to meet the growing demand of tourism consumption,in accordance with the traditional tourism management mode,which is difficult to meet the demand of tourism power.On the one hand,the tourism industry has presented the pluralism,diversified competitive status.In other to win the opportunities more and more companies have focused attention on to the new market——custom-designed.On the other hand,to make Chinese tourism industry truly reach the international level,integration level,integration into global community.Therefore,it is particularly important to study the factors that effect the decision making of custom tourism from the perspective of tourists.The key problemt affect the decision making of tourism and the degree of influence.Firstly,based on the theory of stimulus response and cognitive decision theory,this paper constructs a model of the influence factors of the tourism decision making model based on the previous theoretical model,and puts forward the corresponding research hypothesis.Secondly,the main method is through literature analysis,expert interviews,interviews and questionnaires,to have customized travel experience or intend to carry out custom tourism activities of tourists as the main survey,questionnaires,recycling a total of 350 valid questionnaires.Finally,the SPSS22 software was used to verify the hypotheses,and the theoretical model was modified by the factor analysis,correlation analysis and regression analysis,and the following conclusions:(1)There are six factors that affect the tourism custom travel decision.They are prouduct characteristics,tourism services,economic income,group support,lifestyle ane market promotion.(2)The above six factors are positive influence on tourist custom decision,influence degree from big to small order is in turn:product features,tourism services,economic income,group support,lifestyle,marketing.(3)Different ages,different careers,different degree of tourists make customized travel decisions,factors that affect the decision-making is a significant difference.Finally,this study also provides suggestions and advice to the tourism enterprises from the aspects of the development and design of customized tourism products,customized travel services,custom tourism market promotion and so on.
