Performance Evaluation System Research Of Rural Community Banks

Development of rural community Banks is the key step to realize inclusive financial system,The development of rural community Banks in China lags behind,and the way of performance evaluation of community Banks is relatively backward.Scientific reasonable,comprehensive and objective performance evaluation system for the healthy development of the rural community Banks in China has very important significance.PEARLS index system is put forward by the world credit union council authority of performance assessment system for rural credit cooperatives.The author cited in 2001 by the world bank board design of index system of PEARLS,adopt quantitative analysis,objective and fair evaluation of its performance,find out the problems and reasons,to avoid shortage,play advantage,improve business performance,and then puts forward countermeasures for the development of rural community Banks in China and the suggestion.This thesis analyzes the connotation of rural community Banks in China,through the redefined,find out its particularity and importance.Second,this paper introduces the current performance evaluation system of universal banking,thinks that there are many problems in the performance evaluation of the rural community Banks.Third,this paper introduces the connotation of index system of PEARLS,analyses for the applicability of the rural community Banks.Fourth,on the basis of core indicators,PEARLS of jiangyin agri-businesses bank performance from 2008 to 2014 for empirical analysis,at the same time,using the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to quantify the data,find out the bank's overall comprehensive ranking between 2008 and 2014,and analyzing the related conclusion.In the empirical results,we found that the jiangyin agri-businesses Banks is not the best profitable year ranked higher comprehensive performance,but structural adjustment is reasonable,the risk control better,both safety and liquidity of comprehensive performance year ranked the highest.For the rural community Banks in China in the future operation and development have enlightenment function.
