In order to adapt to the change of financial environment and strategic transformation of M commercial bank,the bank launched the centralized operation planning project in 2012.It hopes to reasonably allocate the resources of the whole bank through establishing the centralized operation mode of separation of front and back parts,give play to the effect of scale economy,reduce capital and increase efficiency,and improve the level of operation control.In 2014,the centralized operation project of M commercial bank was officially put into operation in zhengzhou.With operation management mode transformation,the relative risk also generates a change,the risks originally dispersed in the network begin to shift to the background,the centralized operation project is faced with many risks,such as system,process,personnel and external,etc.If the control fails,new risks will be generated,which will directly affect the performance of the centralized operation project and further affect the operation safety of M commercial bank.Based on the collection of a large number of literature and the project risk management theory,this paper systematically studied the risk factor evaluation and control strategy of M commercial bank's centralized operation project.First,through the analysis of M commercial bank's centralized operation project background and operation status,the risk features and problems of the project are revealed.Second,the project process is divided into operation on the project planning stage,stage,evaluation of control three stages,from the system,process,personnel,external four dimensions to establish M the list of centralized operation project risk of commercial bank,and through the field investigation,expert interview and questionnaire form for each stage such as a detailed analysis and identification of risk factors.Furthermore,the whole process risk evaluation index system of the centralized operation project is constructed.Then,the identified risk factors are evaluated with the AHP evaluation method,and the weight of each level is determined and the results were analyzed.Finally,based on the results of risk assessment,this paper proposes the risk management strategy for the centralized operation project of M commercial bank,so as to help M commercial bank clarify the focus of risk management of the centralized operation project,improve the risk control ability,and ensure the continuous and effective implementation and promotion of the project.The secondary analysis evaluation method evaluates the identified risk factors,determines the weight of each level index and conducts the result analysis.The possible innovation and research value of this paper lies in: First,according to the whole life cycle theory of the project,the entire centralized operation project is divided into three stages: planning and preparation,implementation and operation,evaluation and control,and key risk factors of each stage are identified;Second,using the analytic hierarchy process to build the risk assessment system of M commercial bank's centralized operation projects,and conducting a comprehensive risk assessment of M commercial bank's centralized operation projects;Thirdly,based on the risk assessment results of the project,an operational risk control strategy is proposed.This study not only explores a more complete set of risk factor assessment methods and risk prevention measures for M commercial bank's centralized operation project,but also provides certain reference and reference for the implementation of the centralized operation project in other commercial Banks.
