In the development of China's automobile industry,the automobile market is becoming more and more mature,and the automobile 4S shop has developed.Car 4S shop is a new type of car sales model,mainly from abroad,the emergence of the car 4S shop,in promoting the development of the automobile market plays an important role.In this paper,the main object of study for the SQ car 4S shop,SQ car 4S shop located in Xi'an area.After 2000 China auto industry has entered a rapid development period,car sales growth rate has maintained two digit growth,thanks to China's demographic dividend and the rapid development of economy China,each brand 4S shop is in the period of rapid development of the SQ car 4S shop is no exception,because of the rigid demand has brought high profits to each 4S store,so that each brand shop does not need to pay more,just need to deal with the host plant,in the season to get more scarce resources can get high returns.In recent years,with the disappearance of the demographic dividend and economic slowdown China,car sales growth to return to a number of times,which makes a lot of 4S shop is not suitable,even in recent years has been part of the 4S shop began to gradually close the shop closed.SQ auto 4S shop is also facing the same problem,in this case,combined with the current electricity supplier for the rapid development of automobile 4S stores and the influence of the Ministry of transport,the national development and Reform Commission and other departments jointly issued the "on promoting the automobile maintenance industry to upgrade and improve the quality of service guidance" 4S shop for actual operation of the impact the analysis,combined with the related theory of marketing,the SQ automobile 4S stores the existing marketing status and marketing strategy analysis,by adjusting the existing marketing strategy,extension services,and promote additional business profits,depending on the system in order to win in the fierce competition in the market survival and development.The paper discusses the SQ auto 4S shop marketing strategy,starting from the current situation of automobile industry,it puts forward some feasible suggestions how to develop marketing strategy of auto complete,in order to let the SQ auto 4S shop to seize more market share in the fierce market competition,and create more profits for the enterprise,to achieve stable long-term development of enterprises.
