Study On Evalution Of Intensive Land Use In Development Zones

The concept of land intensive use gradually been well known by people with land contradictions,especially for industrial purposes contradiction.Development zone as the core strength of regional economic development,the land use contradictions are more prominent and the requires of land intensive use are more urgent and critical.So it has important theoretical and practical significance for research land intensive use of development zone.This article based on the reference of the index system of "land intensive use evaluation procedures(2014 Trial)" issued in March 2014 by Land and Natural Resources and according to the status of Taiyuan Economic and Technological Development Zone to build a scientific and reasonable index system.Use AHP to determine the index weight and use the multi-factor comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the land intensive use of Taiyuan Economic and Technological Development Zone.Finally,propose appropriate policy recommendations based on the evaluation results.The results show:(1)The intensity score of Taiyuan Economic and Technological Development Zone is 89.27 points.It is in a more intensive state and the overall situation is good but there is still some room for improvement.(2)Land use economic and social efficiency and management performance evaluation scores is high.It shows that the input-output benefit and the degree of dedication to the community of study area is high.But R&D investment level score is 68.74 and there is great room for improvement.(3)Land use structure and land use intensity scores were 78.09 points and 84.19 points.Land intensive use potential are respectively 48.7402 hectares and 128.9851 hectares.In the future,the rate of high-tech industries land use should be improved and optimizing land use structure of Development Zone and enhance land use intensity.(4)The land use eco-efficiency level score of Development Zone is 74.95 points.It should be further improve the park planning and appropriately increase the per capita green area to construct a good living and working environment in Development Zone.
