The process of economic globalization is accompanied by fierce market competition, the resources has been further optimized allocation. Many companies outsource the production process of products to the cost-competitive countries or districts, structuring the cross-border supply chains, In order to control purchasing costs and enhance the competitiveness. Supplier is the starting point of the whole supply chain, which takes a very important position. The one owes unique supplier, who will win the prerequisites and a competitive advantage. For garment industry, which purchasing cost occupies a large proportion in total product cost, the merits and cooperation relationship with suppliers is greatly affects the economic benefit and long-term development trend. How toevaluate suppliers scientifically and effectively, selecting the best suppliers and establishinga long-term stable cooperative partnership, it has important strategic significance for many businesses.This paper takes the current situation of S company suppliers' management as research background, analyzing the problems of S company in suppliers' evaluation and management, is proposed to establish scientific and reasonable supplier evaluation system, using comprehensive evaluation to select and manage suppliers. First of all, this thesis stresses the importance of supplier position and supplier evaluation, reviewed and summarized the relevanttheoretical researchresults, also describes the contents?procedures and methods ofevaluation. Secondly, analyzing the development situation?market environment and status of supplier management, summarizing the problems in supplier evaluation and management, and then put forward to establish supplier evaluation system which with strategic necessity. Thirdly, clarifying the goals?function and principles ofestablishing supplier evaluation system, and establishes the valuation index system combiningliterature and interviews. Then uses AHPanalysis tools to obtainsuppliers ‘comprehensive evaluation, and finally verified application examples. Finally, based on the new evaluationsystem, be proposed to improve management in management system and management strategy, by ensuring the implementation of evaluation system and adopting dynamic and classification management measures, to achieve the goal of building afavorable cooperative relation with suppliers?improving management efficiency and enhancing the competitiveness of company.
