In the rapidly changing market and increasingly fierce competition environment, more andmore production enterprises adopt multi-specification and small-batch production methods tosatisfy the personalized and diverse demand of users. With the product variety, small batch,uncertainty of production process, and fast response to customer demand etc. ofmulti-specification and small-batch, it’s essential for production enterprise to change thetraditional way of supplier selection, evaluation and management, and explore the best supplierpartner through dynamic evaluation methods, which can realize multi-specification andsmall-batch production and win the market competitive advantage.Firstly, around the characteristics of multi-specification and small-batch production, thispaper analyzes and discusses the research meaning of supplier selection undermulti-specification and small-batch production. And then puts forward dynamic evaluation indexfor multi-specification and small-batch production in terms of the shortcoming of existingsupplier selection evaluation index in static indexes such as cost, time and quality. What’s more,this paper constructs the technology system of supplier selection evaluation theory formulti-specification and small-batch production and overall design ideas of its application systemthrough the analysis of existing supplier selection evaluation index and existing research statusof selection method. Furthermore, the function structure and technical realization of supplierselection system based on J2EE was given on the basis of the supplier selection process analysis.This paper puts an emphasis on the flexible production, services, cost and quality in thetime of constructing supplier selection index system for multi-specification and small batch, andthen constructs a dynamic supplier selection evaluation index system. Meanwhile, according tothe evaluation index system, respectively constructs single-material, multi-supplier selectionmodel and multi-material, multi-supplier selection model. On the analysis of the characteristicsof solving the model, a kind of supplier selection evaluation method for multi-specification andsmall-batch production based on the combination of the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Genetic Algorithm (GA) is put forward. This method has the characteristics of good dynamic,high search speed and high efficiency. Then this paper tests and verifies the AHP and GA mixedalgorithm in supplier selection of engine.At last, a forklift production enterprise with multi-specification and small-batch productioncharacteristic is taken as application object. Then develop and realize the supplier selectionevaluation system based on J2EE according to the constructed supplier selection evaluationindex system and its selection method. Supplier/parts and other basic information maintenance,supplier classification management, supplier information retrieval and selection of supplierevaluation etc. can be obtained through this system. Therefore, this system provides managementplatform and decision-making tools on supplier selection for enterprise, which can effectivelyenhance the quality of corporate supplier selection and efficiency.
