With the rapid development of national economy,the global economy has been growing steadily.The preemptive competition for market resources by major enterprises is also becoming more and more intense.It is hoped that by seizing more market resources to enhance their core competitiveness.As an important part of enterprise management,supplier management is a trend the enterprise gradually extends from internal management to external management control.Many companies have hoped to enhance market competitiveness by strengthening supplier management and market resources optimization.With the rapid development of national economy,people's disposable income increase,the publics have more capable to pursuing the "beauty".Under this background,the garment industry demand is no longer just to meet the needs of people warm,but should provide the public with"beauty" service.Therefore,the garment industry is very optimistic prospects;many investor catch the investment opportunities in this industry.In this case,the competition in the garment industry is bound to become more and more intense.Intense market competition forces enterprises to work out market strategies that are both suitable for market and enterprises development.From this point of view,many enterprises began to regulating their own supplier management.P company as a small garment enterprise,in recent years,with the increasingly fierce competition in the industry,the company's sales and the market competitiveness has been declining.Among them,there is a great relevance with supplier management problem.In view of this,this paper takes P company as the research object.Based on the literature review of supplier management to analyzes the existing problems of P company supplier management.Using the related supplier management theory,the improvement measures are proposed including formulating systematic supplier management processes,strengthening supplier relationship maintenance,developing supplier classification management and incentive mechanism,constructing supplier management database system.After optimizing the relevant suggestion and practices,P company's supplier management has made significant improvements,thus improving the standardization of enterprise management,and promote the development of enterprises.This paper,on the one hand,hopes to enhance P company's market competitiveness,on the other hand,it also provides guidance to other companies in the garment industry for supplier management.
