Supermarket chain, as a business model in our country, is the earliest in the early 1990 s, with the deepening of the reform and opening up, today, large and small supermarket chain has throughout all parts of the country. After China's successful accession to the WTO, such as Wal-mart, Carrefour, lotus, and many other international well-known foreign supermarket chains are in the domestic market. At the same time, the vanguard, Hualian supermarket, Rt-mart, Hymall such as domestic large supermarket chains to thrive in the market experience. Started relatively late, however, due to human resource management, the lack of professional human resource management, human resource management concepts backward factors such as restriction, some domestic supermarket chain in human resources management still exist some problems in practical operation. In this paper, combined with domestic and foreign supermarket retail achievements and successful experience of human resource management theory, through the analysis of the M supermarket this case study put forward to solve the domestic supermarket chain the rationality of the common problems in human resource management advice. Using PEST analysis and SWOT analysis in the study from two aspects of the internal environment and external environment of Hefei M supermarket's strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and challenges, as well as the development environment, market position and other factors to make analysis and provide the basis for human resource management decisions. Using comparative analysis, the comparative analysis in Hefei M supermarket of human resource management compared with the successful enterprises case of deficiencies, needs to solve the problems and the deep reasons behind. Combined with the current human resources management achievements and successful method of M supermarket in optimizing human resource planning, recruitment and training, innovation of innovation performance evaluation mechanism and so on in detail. Finally, the M supermarket the feasibility of the human resources management innovation in the industry promotion.
