Evaluation And Countermeasures Research About Urbanization Quality Of Shandong Province

Urbanization is the inevitable trend in the development of human society. With the worldwide popularity of industrialization, the world is rapidly running into a urbanization of society. In recent years, China's urbanization has quickened significantly. The urbanization problems have become one of the issues of concern at economic and social development in our country.The third plenary session of the eighteen put forward that adhere to the new path of urbanization with Chinese characteristics, promote the human-centered urbanization, perfect the mechanism of the healthy development of urbanization. Then the first central working conference of urbanization also pointed out that take the urbanization road with Chinese characteristics, people-oriented is the core, improve the quality is the key. Urbanization development problem has become China's economic and social development in one of the important issues of concern.Shandong province has China's second largest populous, the construction of urbanization is particularly prominent and urgent. After the reform and opening up, the urbanization in Shandong province has developed with unprecedented speed and scale. In Shandong province,the population urbanization rate increased from 27.3% to 27.3% from 1978 to 2013. But it is worth noting that the great achievements obtained in the number and speed of urbanization of Shandong province, at the same time the development of quality problem is very outstanding.This paper introduces the relevant theories of urbanization, and summarizes the development course and current situation of the development of urbanization in Shandong province, then urbanization quality measure is introduced from the theoretical level. In order to make the measure more scientific and reasonable to measure the quality of urbanization,this paper using entropy method to calculate index weight, then select the largest 14 indexes weights, analyze of the regional difference of urbanization of 17 cities in Shandong provincequality with the principal component analysis, and horizontal comparatively analyze the national 31 provinces and Shandong province urbanization quality, then comprehensively analyze the urbanization quality of Shandong province. The study found that the regional urbanization quality development of Shandong province is uneven, there is obvious differences between spaces. Compared with the area with good quality of urbanization,Shandong province urbanization quality has big gap in economic, social, infrastructure construction and so on. Finally, this paper study on how to improve the quality of urbanization, and put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions to improve the quality of towns in Shandong province to provide decision-making reference.
