With the implementation of the national scientific quality action plan outline(2006-2010- 2020), many schools and the families pay a attention to the science and technology museum and other places of scientific knowledge learning, so this thesis chooses the parent-child conversation and put the major point on the conversation content trying to find out how those families learning and what should the science and technology museum do to improve the family learning effect of family groups from the content of the conversation.This thesis selects the children's exhibition of Wuhan Science and Technology Museum as the research site, and make sound recording to the 37 families with the no interference,then interview the age of children in the family members. Based on the analysis of the conversation content and the interview content, the text analysis software NVivo 11 was conducted on the basis of the text analysis, the main content of the conversation between parents and children and the interaction mode between parents and children were analyzed.In conversation analysis, combination with the three process of psychological and ultimately according to the three dimensions of cognition, emotion and behavior encoding the parent-child conversation content, and subdivided into attention, description, relation, logical reasoning and analysis principle; positive emotion, negative emotion; operation instruction, reading display card the to guide the operation. Combining these nine sub categories, further analysis and comparison of the conversation content, different family types, different children's age.In the conversation among parent-child analysis model, combined with 37 parent-child conversations and already exist conversation model, put forward "common inquiry", "inspire and guide type" and "operating instructions" the three modes of interaction. The results showed that the contents of all parent-child dialogue in the description of the discourse has the highest proportion,the lowest proportion of negative emotions; according to the different types of family, the father alone accompany to guide with the highest proportion of the to guide the operation, the mother alone accompany to guide with the highest proportion of the descriptive, both the father and mother accompany to guided with the highest proportion of relation; according to children in different ages, the age form 3 to 5 years old with he highest proportion of the descriptive, the age from 6 to 7 years old with he highest proportion of to guide the operation the age from 8 to 10 years old with the highest proportion of the logic.At the end of this thesis, we put forward the following suggestions:(1) science and technology museum should pay attention to the characteristics of parent-child interaction.(2) science and technology museum should pay attention to the study of children's preferences.(3) science and technology museum should pay attention to the study of the effect of parent-child learning.(4) science and technology museum should pay attention to the relationship between different patterns of parent-child interaction and the use of exhibits.(5) parents should guide children to explore their own.(6) parents should pay attention to the cultivation of children's scientific literacy.
