As the programme "Dad,where are we going?" began to be aired in 2013,parent-child education variety shows sprang up and the concept was deeply rooted in people's hearts.Influenced by this,the domestic parent-child tourism market in China is in great demand,and tourism enterprises actively seize the parent-child tourism market by transforming to the parent-child theme.As a one-stop tourist destination hotel,Atlantis hotel in San Ya also targets high-end parent-child travel groups.After introduced into China,the concepts of satisfaction and visitor center have been paid much attention by the government,enterprises and academic circles.Therefore,the hotel parent-child tourism product satisfaction system established in this paper,especially the determination process of observation variables,can provide a theoretical reference for the establishment of the same category of hotel parent-child tourism product satisfaction system.Parent-child tourism product satisfaction improvement strategy of the hotel which proposed by This paper improves the satisfaction of the direction guidance with rich real coding data and content.It's practical value to the enterprise operation for the same category of hotel parent-child tourism products.The research work of this paper is mainly divided into three parts,as follows:The first part is to determine the research ideas and research methods.Firstly,the literature analysis is used to determine the meanings of the three potential variables of customer expectation,customer perceived quality,customer perceived value and customer satisfaction result variable of the satisfaction model.Secondly,Octopus software collected Ctrip about parent-child customer reviews of the hotel.After the text analysis of ROST CM software,the label cloud map and semantic network map are formed.The top 300 keywords are summarized into 39 observation variables and items,forming the parent-child tourism product satisfaction evaluation system of the hotel.Finally,on this basis,this paper used NVIVO software to code the sorted comment samples.The second part is the statistical analysis of coding results.Customers expect got 860 reference points with an average score of 0.53,which belongs to the high expectation level.The customer perceived quality obtained 7574 reference points,the average method is 0.93 points,which belongs to the satisfaction level.The customer perceived value obtained 689 reference points,with an average score of-0.53,which belongs to the dissatisfaction level.The customer satisfaction obtained 3800 reference points with an average score of0.95,which belongs to the satisfaction level.The third part is a comprehensive analysis of the number of reference points-satisfaction score to develop a satisfaction improvement strategy.In the opportunity quadrant,enhance the perceived value of money and time,improve the quality of the room.In the quadrant of excessive performance,expand the potential customer group,develop the weak product,stimulate the visual feeling,utilize the surrounding life disadvantageous.In the advantage quadrant,build brand products,optimize check-in experience and catering quality,and improve software quality.
