Rapid changes in market demand, the level of development of social productive forces, and global economic competitiveness, the manufacturing environment has been or is undergoing major changes. Facing the increasingly complex environment, how to improve the speed of corporate response to the outside world changes and quickly adjust has become an important research direction. To deal with the problem, various kinds of theories have been researched, such as agile manufacturing, biotechnology manufacturing, Holon manufacturing, fractal manufacturing. This thesis is about research on the production scheduling problem in the fractal manufacturing system. On the basis of many Scholars research results, the integrated theory of the MAS, UML, contract net protocol, decision theory are used to set up Multi-Agents based fractal manufacturing production scheduling model, the fractal manufacturing production scheduling of to conduct in-depth study of theoretical consensus. This thesis will promote the development of the theory of fractal manufacturing systems and production scheduling system, and promote Agent theory be used in production scheduling areas, and provide a new theory for production management in manufacturing companies.The basic theory of Fractal Manufacturing System is studied, and the Related research of Fractal manufacturing system are analyzed. After propose the definition of the fractal manufacturing system , the concept structure model and functional structure model of the Fractal manufacturing system are studied, describes the fractal characteristics of manufacturing systems ,and analysis the comparative with other advanced manufacturing model; fractal manufacturing production scheduling problem is researched, the fractal characteristics of manufacturing production scheduling are analyzed.In view of the characteristics of Fractal manufacturing systems, production scheduling operating mode is given, the mode element make use of the Fractal's local scheduling decision-making and the collaboration and coordination between the Fractals to build the overall scheduling of the system. Fractal manufacturing production scheduling model Based on Multi-Agents is set up. The model use the fractal characteristics of manufacturing systems, in view of the functional element model analysis (including: Observer, Resolver, Organizer, Reporter), every fractal has seven Agent; and UML including class diagram and activity diagram is used to describe each Agent's statements,Fractal manufacturing production scheduling negotiation model based on Mobile Agent is proposed, the negotiation strategy in the fractal manufacturing production scheduling is analyzed. In view of CNP shortcomings, proposed Fractal manufacturing production scheduling negotiation model based on Mobile Agent. This model use the advantages of mobile Agent to reduce network load, improve the efficiency of negotiation, DA, TA, NA in the negotiation process are analyzed, the activity diagram of negotiation process is proposed; then the negotiation strategy in the fractal manufacturing production scheduling is analyzed, which include the mobile list's construction strategy based on task acquaintance ,the list's construction strategy of target based on fractal load index and the ability index ,and calibration strategy based on TOPSIS. Finally an example of fractal manufacturing production scheduling problem is used to analyze the process of production scheduling.
