Before the Twenty-first Century, the unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV), a high-end product of defense technology, rarely entered the public's vision. But in recent years, UAV has begun to enter our life with the development and improvement of UAV technology. At the same time, the rapid development of UAV market has brought unlimited space for UAV enterprises.This paper mainly studies the problems in the market development of a Guizhou Company H. On the basis of summarizing the relevant research results at home and abroad, this paper introduces the present UAV market and the current situation of Company H by adopting the methods of onthe-spot investigation, inductive analysis, comparative analysis and etc. The paper finds some problems encountered by Company H in its market expansion of Company such as unclear product positioning, unreasonable product development, ineffective channel construction and scattered customers. By marketing theory study and SWOT analysis, the paper also provides corresponding countermeasures such as building a professional and efficient market development team, optimizing product development, making reasonable product development cycle, digging out efficient sales channels and locating main marketing areas, etc.Finally, the paper points out that through the above measures, Company H could solve the problem of poor market development and expand sales, which will break through current operating difficulties in the short term. But in the long run, Company H need to develop some necessary business sectors to support the long-term development.
