Study On The Policy Of LED Industry In China

Because of the LED lighting has the advantages of energy conservation and environment protection,non-toxic,low hat,high brightness,recyclable,etc.So,it was widely used in lighting,display,back light,etc.And it has become the most promising green lighting source in the 21 st century.In the global energy crisis increasingly serious situation,people are paying more and more attention to the importance of the green energy,so,it was led to the development of the LED lighting industry become a new hot spot of global economic development.Although the LED lighting in China started relatively late relative to the other countries in the word,it still keep a rapid development.The positive incentives to the LED lighting industry of the Chinese government led to LED market maintain a high growth momentum.This article is on the basis of carefully analysis on the LED lighting industry policy suggestion to perfect the policy.Then,to have a description and analysis on the development of LED lighting industry in our country,and on this condition,have a in-depth research on the typical enterprises of LED lighting industry.Combining the theory with practice,to find the prob lems existing in the LED lighting industry`s development.Finally,based on the successful experience of other countries,and according to the future trend of the development of LED lighting industry in C hina,to put forward suggestions and improving measures for the development of LED lighting industry in our country.To have a in-depth research on the typical enterprises of LED lighting industry,based on the analysis of the research,I find there are problems that exist in the policy of LED lighting industry in China.Such as incentives for the industry chain is not complete; a lack of incentive for the product terminal consumers; did not establish a policy of unified LED product`s standards; not enough support for the domestic equipment; did not attach enough importance to the intellectual property rights.Aimed at the problems existing in the policy`s development process of the LED lighting industry in China, then put forward the perfect policy suggestions on the basis of carefully analysis. Such as strengthe n the fiscal incentives the upstream of the industry, and to encourage the technology innovation; increase the incentives on the LED product`s terminal consumers; develop and establish the unified system of LED product`s standards; support the use of domestic equipment; cultivating and master our own intel ectual property rights.
