The Study Of The Impaction Of Government Subsidies On The Electronic Communications Equipment Manufacturing Technology Innovation

Along with the development of the economic and the aggravation of international competition, technological innovation plays an important role on national economic development and upgrading of industrial structure. In recent years, government vigorously develop strategic emerging industries, electronic communication equipment manufacturing industry as the core of information industry, with the characteristic of high technology content and strong industrial connection. Government subsidies to the industry technology innovation increase year by year. Whether the effection of government subsidies to the technological innovation is promote or inhibit? How is the relationship between government subsidies and the efficiency of technological innovation? Author select electronic communication equipment manufacturing industry data regression from year 2000 to 2012, through establish panel data model, empirical test the influence of government subsidies to the technology innovation output, the article further from the perspective of efficiency, to explore the relationship between the intensity of government subsidies and the technological innovation efficiency. The result shows that the government subsidies play an obviously promoting role to the new product sales income and the patent output; The relationship between government subsidies strength and efficiency of technological innovation shows "inverted U", and the optimal intensity of government subsidies is 23.55%.It means that when government subsidies strength is less than 23.55%, with the increase of the intensity of government subsidies, government subsidies can make up for insufficient of R&D investment caused by the externality and uncertainty of innovative activities, and reduce costs of innovative activities, improve the enthusiasm innovation, thus improve the efficiency of technology innovation. When more than 23.55%, with the increase of government subsidies, enterprise innovation activities excessively depend on government subsidies, leading to the motivation of enterprise innovation, and innovation efficiency decline. Based on the above research results, put forward pertinence suggestions for government subsidy policy on electronic communications equipment manufacturing.
