Research On Process Reengineering Of Company Payment Based On "Bank-to-Enterprise" Technology

The main method used in this paper for studying the positive effect of “Bank to Enterprise” technology in improving corporation payments management is case study. Firstly, the background of researches for “Bank to Enterprise” technology in China was summarized. From the findings of previous researches, an incontestable fact had been proved that directly integrating bank system with corporation financial system could effectively integrate the system resources of both parties, thus to provide safe, simple, real-time and customized bank service to corporations. Then, this paper reviewed relevant theoretical knowledge, introduced the main functions and technical features of “Bank to Enterprise”, and compared “Bank to Enterprise” with common electronic bank, whereby demonstrated the advantages of “Bank to Enterprise” in real-time data exchange, convenience of operation system, safety in transaction and customized services. This paper also reviewed relevant theoretical knowledge about corporation procedure reformation, discussed the principles and methods for procedure reformation, and elaborated the advantages of combination between ERP system and business procedures, that is, effectively optimizing the resources and procedures of a corporation and bring significant improvement on cost, quality, service and process speed, etc. The literature study provided theoretical support and foundation for this research. With the support from various theories, this paper conducted detailed elaboration and analysis on various problems existing in payments management of the sample company, and agreed for the feasibility of improving payment management and implementing customized financial management with “Bank to Enterprise” technology. To turn the feasibility into reality, the process and methods for payment procedure reformation with “Bank to Enterprise” had been discussed in detail. Through the project practice of the sample corporation, this paper studied how corporation introduce “Bank to Enterprise” technology gradually, and elaborated the implementation steps for “Bank to Enterprise” project in detail. At the same time, attentions in “Bank to Enterprise” project, such as requirements for interfaces, preventing transaction timeout and repeat transaction, had also been explained. There are detailed and valuable suggestions from the author for designs of systematic procedures, authorizations and functions in the systematic implementation of payment procedure reformation. Besides, this paper also analyzed and discussed other aspects such as program development, application test and further management of the project. At last, by comparative analysis on the sample company before and after the implementation of “Bank to Enterprise”, this paper proved the positive effect of payments management system with “Band to Enterprise” technology in various aspects such as operation methods, procedure, time, budget control, accounting, due payment, account checking, searching and analysis, and further proved the fact that it can improve the payment management level and realize customized corporation management in various aspects and dimensions.
