In recent years, the Chinese financial industry is undergoing a profound transformation. The financial behavior and consciousness of Chinese customers has undergone profound changes. The Internet, telephone and other electronic channels become the "digital generation" to get financial services. Customers gradually expect customized products and services. Regulatory policy orientation accelerates the process of financial markets, promoting the market pricing factors, encouraging the financial main body marketization. With the financial main body of market becoming more and more diversified and competitive, the Internet finance remaining hot, more and more non-traditional financial institutions joining the competition, which leads to integrated finance becoming preliminary trend, the banks have taken firm steps in the financial comprehensive operation. At the same time, the progress of technology provides a tool and possibility for the financial industry. The change of macro environment is challenging the traditional idea of the operation of the bank. As one of the four biggest state-owned commercial banks, China Construction Bank, under the dual drive of the external factors and internal driving force, regard its own operating system reform as the breakthrough point and actively explore the future development of bank restructuring.The branch of Construction Bank of China in H province continues to promote the business process reengineering project as the research object, uses the traditional bank business process reengineering theory as the cornerstone, understands the analysis on the basis of the development of operating business of domestic and foreign commercial banks, explains the most advanced banking business process reengineering theory framework and practical application, and gives the reform theory for domestic commercial bank business process reengineering, which has strong practical significance. In this paper, the analysis of CCB in H province business environment and project background using the SWOT analysis tool, points out the main problems in the H Branch of China Construction Bank in the operating process and puts forward the necessity and feasibility of business process reengineering. At the same time, this paper introduces H Branch of China Construction Bank operating process reengineering process involving counter accounting business module, centralized treasury management module, batch processing business module and audit and counter monitoring business module, which are the four major operating business process reengineering modes. The whole process shows the Construction Bank of China branch in H province continues to further promote the business process reengineering project characteristics, function realization and effect evaluation of project, but it also points out the existing problems in the actual operation of the process related to the management level and the operational level, which is very important to facilitate future work in the continuous improvement and perfection.
