Investigation And Analysis Of Tourism Information Service Platform Of Mt. Huangshan Scenic Area On The Background Of "Internet Plus"

2015 is the first year of "Internet Plus initiative", which Premier Li Keqiang mentioned on the Government Work Report firstly. It is reasonable for the amalgamation of the Internet and the traditional industry. In the same time, the tourism grows a new force suddenly rises and enters a golden period on the background of the "new normal" of overcapacity and the growth of domestic investment, import and export slowing down. Therefore the mention of " Internet plus Tourism" and the model innovation is a perfect match. The core of the tourism industry is the service, and the essence of the service is to grasp the information needs of the users. The Internet is the main center of information resources distribution, so that it is urgent problem that how to use the Internet to improve the tourism information service on the background of "Internet plus Tourism".As the World Cultural and Natural Heritage and the Global Geopark, Mt. Huangshan is one of the world famous tourist destinations. Through the construction of tourism informatization in the recent ten years, the tourism information service of Mt. Huangshan has been located in countrywide front row, which means that the framework of "Wisdom Mt. Huangshan" and the system of tourism information service, that includes microblog, Wechat, mobile client, successfully completed. On the other wise, the system of tourism information service of Mt. Huangshan is not perfect now. There are many problems that the information needs of the government, enterprises and tourists is not fully satisfied, and the present service platform has lots of outdated service items, and the service content has the same thing, and the model of service is outdated. In the same time the present platform does not refer to the new emerging information services, including the intelligent planning of tourism, the one stop inquiry of the tourism information and online travel shopping. Hence, under the guidance of national macro policy that our country is building the "Wisdom Tourism" public information service platform, the plan of constructing the "Internet Plus" tourism information service platform emerges at the historic moment.This paper is divided into four parts. This paper firstly discusses the concept of "Internet plus Tourism", and compares the differences and similarities of "Internet plus Tourism" and the "Wisdom Tourism", from the produce we can make clear what kind of characteristic does the "Internet Plus" tourism information service platform have. Secondly, through the historic process of information construction in the Mt. Huangshan, and the introduce of the present four service platforms in the Mt. Huangshan, we can find the problems and the problem’s reasons of tourism information service of Mt. Huangshan, and illustrate the necessities of constructing the "Internet Plus" tourism information service platform of Mt. Huangshan, and analyze the feasibilities of constructing the platform in the views of policy support, information needs and technical conditions. Then from the information needs of the users of the platform——the government, enterprises and tourists, this paper discusses the function of the "Internet Plus" tourism information service platform of Mt. Huangshan, and based on the functions we design the systems, the modules and the applications, and draft the operating mechanism of the platform. In the last, this paper put forward some relevant countermeasures and suggestions of the construction the "Internet Plus" tourism information service platform combining with the actual development situation on the level of government, enterprises and tourists.
