The completion of non-tradable shares reform is the symbol of the share market in China will be entered into full-circulation stage.The advent of the era of full circulation makes the interests of shareholders become consistent,as well as put the market value management concepts on the agenda.The significant role of the market value management in corporation management has received extensive research and widely practice both in theorists and substantive industry.Market value has gradually become the benchmark to measure the operating performance of listed companies;therefore,the research of market value management strategy will assist the listed companies to promote market value management better than ever.In this paper,listed companies will be as the object of this study,using qualitative research and case studies.The first thing is to analysis the value management present situation of listed companies and the current issues in these corporations,such as weixing Co.,Ltd and weixing new material in A-share market.The focus of this article from the theoretical perspective is to build market value management strategy model through combined Golden Model with DuPont analysis Model.Then,combined with the model to find some problems existing in it through explore the market value strategies of weixing Co.,Ltd and weixing new material.Based on the theory and case study,the author will constructed the model of the market value of listed company in China and draw a conclusion that the core of market value management is value creation which is the key factor to decide the survival and development of listed company.Therefore,it must adhere to the method combine product market strategy with capital market strategy in order to ensure the stable and sustainable growth in market value.In order to ensure themarket value of listed companies keep sustainable increase,the listed companies should not only strengthen the management of revenue,cost,working capital and fixed asset,but also do something about adjustment of capital structure and dividend distribution management.It is important to outline the recommendation about solving the current issues existing in the present values management strategy.Firstly,the listed companies should promote the development of value management position through set up the correct value management concept to guide management.Secondly,listed companies should enhance their value creation ability of product market through expand the product sales channels and improve the efficiency of working capital.Finally,the listed companies should carry out reasonable dividend distribution by optimize the capital structure.For instance,the companies should take less bonus dividend policy to support the development of the company in the stage of growth.In the stage of mature for a company,the company should implement more bonus dividend policy to reward shareholders in order to enhance the value creation ability of listed companies in the capital market.
