Changchun Zhucheng Group Co.Ltd.is a professional top products Asia security industry manufacturers,has 20 years of history.Zhucheng group has always attached great importance to the ongoing construction and basic management strategy,take the lead in the implementation of ERP management in the same industry,make overall planning in each link of the enterprise,to seek the rapid development of enterprises with the best combination of resources,establish a more scientific and reasonable production management system,greatly improving the efficiency of production management.However,relatively speaking,the human resource management of the enterprise,especially the level of employee performance management is low,still remain in the performance evaluation stage,has started to influence the efficiency of employee and entefprise performance.An employee performance management in relation to the objectives of the organization,related to the development and promotion of staff,and staff is closely related to the immediate interests,to let employees and organizations to become a community of interests,employee performance management is one of the effective ways,if implemented properly,a mere formality,but will make employees away from getting farther.How to do a good job of employee performance management,and the enterprise strategy combined,it is each enterprise should think about.On the important moment that the Zhucheng group start the process of the internationalization.,through the analyze to the performance management present situation,drawn from the evaluation is too single;grassroots managers assessment index is not clear;human resources management departments of the assessment of low participation of examination;period is too long,assessment feedback is not timely;lack of effective performance improvement measures.In view of the above problems,this paper proposes the establishment of a comprehensive performance management program of Zhucheng company measures.Follow the Zhucheng company enterprise culture guidance,that including performance management method has strong implementation from the aspects of performance plan,content,performance,performance system,performance feedback.On the comprehensive performance management Zhucheng company gives guidance.
