The Comparative Research Of Developing Model On Under-Forest Economy In Qingfeng County

The Under Forest Economy is an economic model rely on forest-field resources and forest ecological environment,having great significance to the protection of the ecological environment,increase of farmers income,promotion of economic growth,and to the consolidation of the collective forest tenure reform achievement.China's Under Forest Economy is the inevitable result of the development of forestry economy.It is now in the transition period of forestry development,and aim is to protect the ecological environment,at the same time also it brings certain economic benefits,promotes the sustainable development of forestry economy.The relevant documents issued by the state provides a policy guarantee for the development of the forest economy.Qingfeng County as the provincial forestry economy demonstration county,rich in forest resources.The county has 25.33 million mu of land area,the forest coverage rate of 26%,forest economy development made fruitful achievements,however some problems also exposed in the development process.How to solve the problems in the development of the Under Forest Economy and improving the economic,social and ecological benefits of the region,are the major problems in the process of economic development.This paper firstly summarizes the related concepts of forest economy,and ecological economic theory,circular economy theory,input-output theory and sustainable development theory as the research foundation,base on economic development in China and abroad under the forest experience for reference,analyzes the Qingfeng county Under Forest Economy development present situation;secondly,using data envelopment analysis(DEA)method on the analysis of efficiency of Qingfeng county Under Forest Economy development mode,finding that the technical efficiency level of the mode of economic development of Qingfeng county Under Forest Economy is not the best,needing to be adjusted and improved;finally,according to the analysis results of each kind of development model,put forward the improvement target and proportion,on the basis of the development of the Qingfeng county forest economy policy recommendations,provide a reference for development of economic forest in Qingfeng county.
