Research On The Impact Of Forestry Financial Investment On The Development Of Forestry Ecological Economy

After the founding of new China,our countries,economic development has made great progress.The ecological environment is deteriorating with economic developing,and the economy in turn has also been a certain impact.In the face of the current vicious cycle state of ecological and economic development.We must pay attention to the development of forestry——the basis of ecological construction and the important sector to stimulate economic growth.Forestry has a certain public goods attribute and externality,based on this theoretical basis,national financial investment support has become an important support and guarantee in the process of forestry development.As important parts of forestry financial investment,afforestation and renewal investment and forest tending investment,forest seed investment,forest tourism investment represents for ecological construction and protection,forestry support and protection,forestry industry development.Since the founding of new China,our country is reforming forestry finance investment policy constantly,but the effect of the financial investment on forestry ecological and forestry economy development is not known.Based on the predecessors’ research results,the paper combings the historical development of forestry financial investment policies in different periods,makes a statistical analysis on the effects of forestry financial investment on forestry ecological and economic development,and further studies the specific impact of these important forestry financial investment on forestry ecological and economic development,analyzes the problems in the process of forestry financial investment,and then establish objectives of investment and puts forward some suggestions for perfecting forestry financial investment.The paper mainly includes three parts:the first part contains the first chapter and the second chapter.The first chapter is the introduction to elaborate the background,purpose and significance of this article,summarize the domestic and foreign research situation and draw on previous research results,and then explain the contents,methods,ideas and innovation of this paper.The second chapter defines the relevant concepts,and elaborates the forestry and the forestry financial investment related theory foundation.The second part is the core part of the article,including the third chapter and the fourth chapter.The third chapter mainly analyzes the historical development and the present situation of forestry financial investment in China,and analyzes the effectiveness and problems of forestry financial investment combining with the statistical description of forestry ecology and economic development.In order to further study the impact of forestry financial investment on forestry ecology and economy,the forth chapter selects afforestation and renewal investment and forest tending investment,forest seed investment,forest tourism investment as explanatory variables,selects forestland area and forestry output value respectively representing forestry ecological and forestry economic indicators as explained variables,and then based on the panel data of 31 provinces(autonomous regions and municipalities)from 2009 to 2015,the regression model is established to analyze the impact of investment projects on forestry ecological and economic development.The results shows that the impacts of afforestation and renewal investment on forestry ecology and forestry economy are not significant,forest tending investment and forest seed investment can promote.the development of forestry ecology and forestry economy.Forest tourism investment has a negative impact on forestry ecological development,because forest tourism investment is mainly used for road and other infrastructure construction and occupies forestland area,this is to a certain degree harmful to forestry ecological development.Currently our country less invests to develop forest tourism,so the impact of forest tourism investment on forestry economy is not significant.The third part is chapter five and chapter six,in the fifth chapter,according to the result of statistic analysis and empirical analysis,this chapter results the problems of our country is facing in the process of forestry financial investment implementation,and further establishes the objectives of the implementation of forestry fiscal investment,and puts forward to improving the investment.Chapter 6,conclusion and prospect.
