Risk Management Study:Take The Bid Inviting Of Bookstore X’s Demolish Project As An Example

Along with the deepening of China’s reformation and opening and the rapid development of marketing economy,the scale of city construction expand ceaselessly.The demolishing project is an important aspect of city reconstruction at the beginning stage.The project includes demolishing of old houses,old factories,old water towers,old roads and bridges.These sites are mostly located within densely populated area.Since the demolishing work has its own particularities and dangers so that the demolishing work can seriously affect the progress,quality,as well as the cost of the reconstructing project.To select the contractor by inviting bid can ensure the project accomplish on time.Compare with the others,the demolishing project is a special one.It has more affective factors.Its management scale is larger,its project progress is urgent,so that it faces more serious risk.Therefore,the risk management is far more important then the others.It is the number one necessity and a precondition for city reconstruction.In this paper,we take bookstore X’s bid inviting as an example to demonstrate the risk management process.At the same time,we propose some effective countermeasures.Our analysis and countermeasures could be valuable for whom interested in this fields.
