Taking Researches In Construction Project Inviting & Bidding

Construction industry ir one of the important branches in our national economies;witch may affect its developing and improving. So it is necessary for taking research in Construction Project inviting & bidding.In this paper,with the backgroud of study on the bidding activities of some construction companies and the Bidding Management Department in the local government, the author using suitable theries, researched into the process of the inviting & bidding. This paper has four chaters.In the first chapter, we give a conception of construction project inviting & bidding,meanwhile we mention some puzzles.In the second chapter, we build up game-theory standards and models to eaplain the common corruption in the course of construction project inviting &bidding. In the third chapter,we ure AHP(Analytic Hierarchy Process)method,a program for evaluating projects of inviting &bidding. It can make the evaluation more fair and reasonable than others.In the fourthchapter, we use GSP(Arey Series Process) method to forecast the cost of the project, and we get a satisfaction result prefer to linear regression model. In the end of this thesis, we give some conclusions of our research.There are two aspects of achievements for the paper. One is standardization of evaluation procedures, using the theories and methods of AHP, together with the collented data. The other is building up some game theory models to analysis the tenderee and bidder.
