Study On The Demarcating Method Of The Capital Farmland Redline In Laiyang Of Yantai City Based On LESA System

Problems facing agriculture,rural areas and farmers is always one of the most important work in our country,and focus on the problem of agriculture,rural areas and farmers is farmers,the farmers to get rich is the foundation of grain production,and grain yield mainly depends on farmland,rely on the high quality of capital farmland.Nowadays the countries pay more attention to agricultural modernization and agricultural supply side structural reform,improve the agricultural modernization level,and to improve the quantity and quality of agricultural products,mechanized production and scale operation,adjust the agricultural structure,to ensure food security,protect cultivated land productivity,which on cultivated land has a higher requirements,the quality of cultivated land high and high economic benefit,which is the foothold,in countries attach great importance to the land of the premise,the study of cultivated land comprehensive quality,and delineation of capital farmland redline.In this paper,I take all the cultivated land resources of 5 streets and 13 towns of Laiyang city in Yantai as the research object,using American LESA system to evaluate the cultivated land in Laiyang City and determine the capital farmland area:(1)Establislhment of cultivated land quality and site condition evaluation index system,index of cultivated land quality is mainly involve land of their own conditions and the internal factors,the site index is mainly relates to external factors in addition to the land itself conditions affecting farmland,then through Delphi method to determine the weight,according to the actual situation of the local using GIS to determine the cultivated land to the main trunk road traffic and residents of the distance and the farmland connectivity standard,using comprehensive score calculation subsystem were scored.The results showed that the cultivated land quality evaluation of cultivated land quality in Laiyang City,more arable land 80-90 the scores accounted for more than half of the city’s total area of arable land,the main reason is the high quality of cultivated land in Laiyang City Soil and soil conditions are better,and the area of the Wulong river flows in a wide range,the impact of the plain there are more fertile land;site condition evaluation result shows that the level of site conditions in Laiyang city is good,the cultivated area 60-70 accounted for more,accounted for 32.73%of the land area of the city,the main reason is Laiyang city traffic accessibility and high degree of surface hardening,because there is a large area of arable land in the contiguous area of cultivated land are large,easy to mechanized farming and scale management;(2)Comprehensive score evaluation Laiyang City cultivated land comprehensive quality,in Laiyang City food production as the goal,to establish comprehensive score II and the gram yield of the correlation coefficient,selecting the city 846 administrative villages as samples to determine the proportion of Le and SA,finally determined the ratio of 3:2 to calculate the comprehensive score and comprehensive score calculation results show that 70-90 interval of area of cultivated land for the city’s total area of arable land 73.20%,the main reason is Laiyang City most of the arable land quality,soil conditions suitable for farming,low gradient,barrier layers and surface texture conditions will help to farming,coupled with the traffic conditions and good continuity,Laiyang City land overall level is high;(3)According to the comprehensive score of Laiyang City showed that in feature scores varied significantly by 60-70 fraction interval of cultivated land quality and site conditions,so this interval of cultivated land quality and site conditions an average score of critical point threshold division of Laiyang City Capital farmland mainly four utilization direction respectively for capital farmland area of reality,potential area of capital farmland,the transformation of low yielding fields or ecological farmland and construction land reserve.In order to delineate the Laiyang City 61841.42 hectares can be classified as capital farmland redline,accounted for all the farmland area 74.30%.This goal with Laiyang City’s social and economic.
