With the advent of the era of Internet,the internet has become an important part of people’s life.And it’s unique efficiency,convenience and low cost has affected the social demand,and began to appear all kinds of portal sites and social software platform.The emergence of these social networking platform enterprises changed the traditional social way,by giving users a social platform,allowing users to build their own social circle.And through this circle they could extend other requirements of social needs.Social networking platform enterprises build their own ecological closed loops,by meeting the various needs of users.This approach also makes the social networking platform enterprises different from the traditional enterprises,when the enterprise valuation,it is necessary to draw on traditional assessment methods,to explore the evaluation model for the social networking platform enterprises.At the same time,with the new economic situation,the existing social networking platform enterprises will have a new round of mergers,restructuring.So mining and assessing its’ value is extremely important,as you know,the evaluation of the social networking platform enterprises is fit the new situation of the research topic.It combined with domestic and foreign research results for Internet companies,and our social networking platform for enterprise class features to assessing its’ value.The study includes three aspects.Firstly,the concept and the development of social networking platforms,and the characteristics and influencing factors of social networking platform has been described,and social networking platform for enterprises valuation methods were explored,review and summarize several mainstream assessment methods and the appropriate models and their applicability analyzed.Secondly,it describes the social networking platform for enterprises profit model,combining social networking platform for enterprises profit model characteristics of modular business process,based on the existing evaluation model on the basis of improvements and modifications on the establishment of a reasonable social networking platform class business valuation models,including the option to create and model correction coefficient system.In this paper we use the market method to evaluate the part of advertising,on the other hand,use the FCFF model to evaluate the other parts,and then get these two parts together could get the overall value of the enterprise.Finally,using a representative of the social networking platform listed companies as a case to test the authenticity and validity of evidence and assessment models,on the basis of the formation evaluation studies social networking platform class enterprise value system.But it still has insufficient in this model,such as the division of the module are not thoroughly broken down,and a bit of subjective components are in the model,those shortages will be improved in the future studies. |
