With the further development of the economic globalization and world economic globalization, tourism industry has entered into the golden age of rapid development. As one of the three pillars of tourism industry, the hotel industry competition is increasingly fierce. In order to achieve cross-regional flow of products, to increase a bigger share of market, and make more profits, hotel companies realize enterprise strategic objectives through choosing the internationalized operation. The Hilton group takes one of world-famous hotel giants, it uses the accumulation of funds and favorable global economic environment to carry out international operation, and rapidly expands the market space of the group, its brand international influence is enhanced rapidly. The Hilton Group, with having 13 brands and operating more than 4300 hotels around the world now, has become the world?s largest hotel group. This paper aims to the development of the global hotel industry as the research background, in the international operation on the basis of relevant theories, it deeply analyzes the development of the Hilton, internationalization, international agent and operating environment, and it expounds how to implement The Hilton international operation from the management goal, the choice of target market, international entry mode and the concrete implementation of internationalization strategy. Finally, this thesis makes a brief comment on The Hilton international operation, and puts forward the Hilton group makes several enlightenments to our country hotel enterprise development, in the hope to our country hotel enterprise can draw lessons from The Hilton group good experience, through the way of international operation to expand the scale of operation of the hotel building a hotel group in China with international influence.
