Research On International Management Of Xugong Group

With global economic developing continually, the international competition has become more and more fiercely. Chinese enterprise get to acknowledge that better development only can be achieved under the condition of international management. By concluding international managing strategy of XCMG, some problems have been found out and then further advice can be proposed, which not only contributes to international management of XCMG, but also provides some reference to other mechanic enterprise in China.Based on the theory of international trade and investment, and enterprise international management, the thesis has elucidated the motivation, process and operating strategy to go international. Apart from that, the effect and problems has been put into analysis. Thereafter, I apply PEST and PORTS FIVE Competitive model to analyze the factor of international managing environment. Therefore, some strategy advice has been put forward to perfect XCMG international management and then take some measures to guarantee that the strategy can be put into effect.I thought that XCMG has clear strategy of overseas expand method, technology innovation, and informationize. However, there are still some problems concerned, such as export species are limited, strategy layout of foreign market to be improved, overseas turnover percentage is small, and financing ability and financial control is poor, etc. In the future international management, product, brand, localization and foreign market are supposed to take into consideration when XCMG perfects its strategy, and accelerate enterprise international managing development.
