The construction of a harmonious society, which requires the enterprise bear the social responsibility.Enterprises bear social responsibility, which can help resolve various social contradictions, and maintain social stability.Chinese oil companies should take an active part in the building a harmonious society, and make greater efforts.to create social more wealth, produce more energy,protect the environment. In recent years, while oil enterprises has achieved good results on social responsibility, but still there are a lot of problems,like the poor quality of oil and gas, safety accidents, environmental pollution, corrupt problem and difficult relationships and local residents.These problems have hindered the economic development,wasted resources, injured the rights of stakeholders, polluted the environment. Above all, caused the social contradictions, hinder the construction of social harmonious society construction.So,I make up my mind to study Under the horizon of harmonious society of Chinese petroleum enterprise social responsibilities.Main content is as follows:first chapter is introduction, mainly introduced the goal and significance of the research,overseas and domestic research status,the theoretical basis and so on;the second chapter first introduces harmonious society theory, corporate social responsibility theory and stakeholder theory, analyzes the the relationship between the construction of a harmonious society and enterprise social responsibility,defines the Chinese oil companies social responsibility.the third chapter summarizes the Chinese oil company's achievements in the performance of social responsibilities, which include energy supply,economic development responsible for the stakeholders environmental protection and community return,analyzes the problems existing in the process of the fulfillment of petroleum enterprise responsibilities, finds out the causes of these problems;The fourth chapter is the emphasis and difficulty of the article, in view of the third chapter proposed problems,which appears in the process of Chinese oil company social responsibility, combines the theory of the second chapter has discussed, gives out some suggestions:strengthen harmonious social responsibility consciousness, perfect the harmonious social responsibility management system,perfect the supervision system of the harmonious responsibility, establish and improve harmonious relationship,improve the level of information disclosure to explore the measures to improve the level of petroleum corporate social responsibility.
