An Analysis On Corporate Social Responsibility And Building Of Harmonious Society

Corporate is the cell of society and the power engine of social development .Society, on the other hand, is the headspring of corporate'profit and the basis of corporate'healthful development. Corporate should do ethically to make contributions to the society's harmonious advancement when enjoy the utility and opportunities society provides. That is the responsibility which enterprises shouldn't deny.This paper tried to examine corporate social responsibilities from a view of building harmonious society, explored ways in which corporate could bear responsibilities actively to improve public interest and building harmonious society together with a Chinese character. Criterion analysis and practice analysis were taken in this paper, and a thinking route of from theory to practice was followed to explore relevant problems about corporate social responsibilities.Firstly, theories of enterprises taking social responsibilities were neatened. After simple analysis on the practice background of raising corporate social responsibility, we think the presence of corporate social responsibility has its certain historic and realistic reasons. Followed was a elaborate refresh of theory of corporate social responsibility, including theory source, relevant opinions and definitions and so on. Corporate social responsibility is a definition with conscious type, and conform to the times and region, which we should consider rationally.Secondly, a summarization of theory of harmonious society was given, including its practical basis, definition and characters. The raise of socialistic harmonious society conforms to the development of economy and society, thus is the further aim of building a well-off society in an all-round way. Corporate social responsibilities in harmonious society are analyzed and the inner relationships between both were found. Lastly, the ways to realize corporate social responsibilities under an ideal of harmonious society were discussed. Macroscopically level of government, microcosmic level of enterprise and medium level of society should be taken into account together. Only by pulling together all sides in society, the construction of corporate social responsibility could go up to a high step and make more contributions to building of socialistic harmonious society.
